Support to HR Managers
HR Healthcheck
We offer a free initial consultation which incorporates an HR Healthcheck. The purpose of this is to ensure that you have all relevant procedures and documentation in place to manage your staff in line with current legislation. One of our consultants will visit your offices and meet with you to discuss what, if anything, you have in place and provide a report highlighting and areas of risk or liability and, depending on the outcome, we will advise you on the next steps to minimise any risk.
HR Consultancy
We offer a full range of consultancy services which can be tailored to suit business needs. This includes on-site as well as telephone and email support to provide you with expertise and support whenever you need it.
This support is typically offered through one of our support packages or it can be provided as a pay-as-you-go service.
