Handley Brown uses Eclipse software, which provides a legal-based package dedicated to case management and practice management capabilities.

Eclipse is undoubtedly one of the U.K.’s leading software systems for the legal sector and is currently being employed by over 5,500 users in the UK. We have a fully bespoke system unsurpassed for functionality, ease of use and flexibility. The software operates on Windows Vista which prepares it well for upgrade paths. Advanced features include online case tracking facilities (portals) enabling clients to access instant data on their cases.

We also have a paperless office feature which scans post into the relevant case within the system. We utilise digital dictation with both in house and outsourced transcription.

We have in house video conferencing facilities should you wish to use the service. The firm benefits from real time off-site back up of all computer stored information with an additional on site back up system. This combined with document scanning and digital dictation gives a high level of security to client file information.
